Gamebox is committed to keeping our team, customers, and the community safe as we do our part to flatten the curve. Our team is diligently working to adopt new policies and strategies that will reduce the spread of COVID-19 as we continue to unbox the fun at parties and events. We will continue to implement these strategies in accordance with the current health and safety guidelines issued by local and federal regulatory agencies. We also plan to permanently implement the strategies that will ensure increased safety for all.
Our team is required to wear face masks/face coverings and gloves during service. Customers must wear face masks or face coverings while gaming inside and outside the trailer. A limited amount of complimentary disposable masks will be provided at each event for players who do not have a mask or face covering.
Our gaming trailer can normally accommodate up to 22 players at one time. However, we must limit the amount of players both inside and outside the trailer at any given time. We are limiting players to 2 per station at one time. This means we can only allow 8 players inside and 4 outside at one time to assist with social distancing recommendations. We are more than happy to coordinate gaming sessions for larger groups.
We are now using a hospital grade germicidal to sanitize and disinfect all surfaces and equipment. We thoroughly clean and disinfect the trailer and equipment before, during, and after events. Our Game Coaches will be sanitizing all controllers after each use and between gaming sessions (if applicable). Hand sanitizer will be available for all customers before gaming starts and after gaming ends.
We will ensure proper ventilation inside the trailer with the use of high velocity fans and air conditioners. We will also be using Levoit True Hepa Air Purifiers inside the trailer to safely and effectively eliminate 99.97% of viruses, bacteria, and allergens in the air.
As a business it is our social responsibility to protect the health and safety of our team and those we serve. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to any of our existing policies or new policies implemented to address COVID-19. It is our goal to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience every time. We cannot do so without the support and understanding of our team and customers.
