Gamebox at Skid Row Carnival of Love 2020

The Game It Forward Program is a platform we created to provide our mobile video gaming services as in-kind donations to organizations or individuals that are providing vital services and/or resources in marginalized communities. Throughout the year we select charitable organizations that demonstrate a commitment to their community and social responsibility through acts of kindness and charity. The selected organization is awarded our mobile video gaming services for events or fundraisers hosted within the award year.

Gift certificate for a free 2-hour rental of our mobile video gaming unit. Can be used for fundraisers, auctions, and/or raffles

Protocol

ELIGIBILITY

Be a non-profit organization or charitable organization/individual (schools and churches will be considered if providing services that benefit the community)
Actively providing services or resources in disadvantaged and/or marginalized communities

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Grantees must be able to demonstrate examples of the charitable work being done in the community
The award must be redeemed for community events or special events hosted by the organization/individual. CANNOT BE REDEEMED FOR PRIVATE PARTIES
The award must be redeemed at locations no more than 30 miles outside of zip code 90723 (PARAMOUNT, CA)
Grantees must provide a minimum of 60 days advance notice for event requests
Grantees must be willing to promote Gamebox Mobile Video Gaming through digital and/or physical marketing of their special event
Grantees must be willing to provide Gamebox Mobile Video Gaming with high quality photos from the event to be used for our marketing purposes and social media
Grantees must be willing to provide TAX ID information (if applicable) for tax deductible in-kind donations of our services
